Roles and Responsibilities 

For this project, it was a 2 week internship I had with Creative Connex, I pitched the idea of completing a Usability Study for the website, so that I could present my findings to the stakeholders and allow them to see where users where having difficulties and what they would like changed.

Constraints 

Some constraints of this project are:

- I was working on this project solo, so I had to decide what I thought was necessary 

- Only 2 weeks to complete the study

- Finding volunteer users to participate in the study.

The Process - User Testing

For this study, I interviewed 8 volunteers, that answered various questions, completed tasks on the website, and gave me their opinion on things they liked, didn't like, and would like to see changed. 

These are the questions and tasks I had the volunteers complete.

These are the primary themes as they were the most brought up in conversation by the user. Each theme had a re-design based on user insights.

These are the secondary themes as they were brought by some in conversation with the user. Each theme had a re-design based on user insights.
